A rare, first edition, first printing of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass" Photoplay Edition of one of the first Alice in Wonderland silent movies from 1919. "Illustrated with scenes from the Photo Play produced and copyrighted by the Nonpareil Feature Film Corporation." The movie stars Viola Savoy as Alice and Herbert Rice as W. Rabbit. It features 32 splendid black and white stills, all of which are captioned. Hand-tinted photograph serves as the frontispiece. The boards and binding are solid and tight with light shelf-wear and foxing along the spine and a small part of the back board. The pages and movie stills are clear, crisp and clean.
