Meade Layne (September 8, 1882 – May 12, 1961) was an American academic and early researcher of ufology and parapsychology, best known for proposing an early version of the inter-dimensional hypothesis to explain flying saucer sightings. Layne was a big proponent of the existence of inter-dimensional beings known as Etherians who influenced our mythology and religion. He founded the Borderland Sciences Research Assn. whose investigations and publications includes: Divination; UFOs; Etheric Force; Tektites; Dowsing; Antigravity; Dowsing; Geometry and Higher Dimensions and other Occult Sciences. The BSRA still continues to this day investigating these “Borderland Sciences”. His original publications are very scarce, especially in softcover format.
