titled in gilt within compartments; decorated endpapers, inner dentilles; all
edges gilt. Solid, tight boards and binding. Frontispiece with tissue guard and engraved title leaf, plus eleven
additional full-page fine engraved plates with tissue guards. 392 pages. Former owner's name plate on front inside board. There is a bit of
rubbing to binding corners, but overall a very nearly fine copy. Quite lovely, the engravings have the mystical 'Arabian Nights' tone.
