Pseudo-archaeology volume by American politician and fringe scientist Ignatius Donnelly, on the lost continent of Atlantis and its inhabitants. Donnelly proposes that all ancient civilizations descended from the surviving population of Atlantis after a cataclysmic flood destroyed the lost land. The book is divided into five sections:
