Firm binding; rubbed corners and edges; wear to boards (appears to have been a softcover, now rebound in firm boards); binding tape to spine; old dog-ears to top corners of many pages, with one corner missing; tears to edges to last page of ToC; UCLA bookplate on inside front board (and stamp to rear endpaper); original back cover (now in boards) with tears; interior is clean.
