The report includes several dedications, ceremony commencement, and other speeches. It also includes a list of the soldiers interred, as well as agreed rules, regulations and list of board members.

Firm binding; rubbed corners and edges; wear to boards; covering of top corner of spine has chipped off; damp stain to pp 275-282 (last few pages of book); light foxing to endpapers, with an old pencilled note to ffep; interior is otherwise clean and free of markings.
