Publisher: The Superintendence Of The British Society For The Propagations of the Gospel Among The Jews, London (1858 - 1860).
Exceedingly rare, original surviving issues — let alone three years' worth — of the complete publication, from 1858-1860. In very well preserved condition. The boards and binding are solid and tight, save for some rubbing and light shelfwear around the fore-edges. Leather spine and marbled boards. The pages are crisp and clean save front fly paper missing. A mid-19th century British Christian movement's monthly publication to help the Jewish people understand that Jesus Christ was the true Messiah through literature, argument and grass roots efforts to convert them to Christianity. The movement survives to this day through the "Jews For Jesus" sect of Judaism.
