First edition from 1903-4 (Vol. II), in very well preserved condition. Beautiful green cloth boards with ornamental gilt decorations and title. The boards and binding are solid and tight save for light shelfwear. Eight separate issues with a total of 256 pages. The pages are crisp and clean save for foxing on the first and last blank pages. Created by noted occultist, Rollo Ireton, The Horoscope was a short run periodical, from 1902-1904, devoted to Astrology and the Occult. It was one of the first periodicals to draw attention to arcane topics and lesser practiced subjects, including Animal Horoscopy. Due to its short run, issues are very scarce on the market today.
