Book Details + Condition: Scarce vintage 1983 Cartouche tarot/oracle card deck, WITH the first edition THE WAY OF THE CARTOUCHE book by Murry Hope. The oracle deck includes the complete 25 cards and original box. The book is also a first edition, from 1985. The cards are in near mint condition with no wear or flaws; and the box is in excellent condition with minor rubbing and shelfwear. Hardcover book shows some wear, including slightly warped boards; mark on top front cover; marks on top and bottom text block edges; highlighting on 4 pages (only). There are coven markings and inscriptions on the rear inside board. The Cartouche Cards are an ancient divination system using Egyptian and other mythologies, with simple illustrations and only 25 cards. Now out of print and difficult to obtain.
