Rare, signed and inscribed by the editor and author of the forward, along with a signed letter from the same, limited edition of 860 copies out of 1000 of "Behind the Guns: History of Battery I, Second Regiment Illinois Light Artillery," by Thaddeus C.S. Brown. Also included is the signature of James Schof, a contributor to this book. The book is in excellent condition. The slipcase box is solid and tight with light shelf-wear, spots of foxing and small scuff to the front cover. The book is in near mint condition with no apparent flaws. A rare double signed limited edition about the history of the Civil War's Illinois Second Light Artillery Regiment.
