"The Poems of Yurii Zhivago," in an appendix that follows the epilogue, are translated by Bernard Guilbert Guerney. This edition of Doctor Zhivago by Boris Pasternak has been illustrated with approximately 120 full-page or double-page black-and-white images by Alexander Alexeieff, with the collaboration of Claire Parker, through what is called the "pin screen" process (invented by the artist and his collaborator in 1931). The American edition has been printed in offset lithography by the Murray Printing Company, Forge Village, Mass. and bound by H. Woolff Book Mfg. Co., New York. In very good condition: book does not appear have been read, and slipcase shows only minor shelf wear.
