Solid, tight boards and binding. Crisp and clean pages, save for light inscription from 1927 on first blank page. A few faint marks, spine ends and corners lightly bruised and rubbed, and overall a very good copy. The author, Geoffrey Hodson (1886–1983), was an occultist, Theosophist, mystic, Catholic priest, philosopher and esotericist, and active for over 70 years in the Theosophical Society. He was the author of over fifty books on psychic powers, Theosophy, spiritualism, mysticism, fairies, angels, meditation, clairvoyance, health and disease as well as hundreds of articles and radio talks. This volume is one of Hodson's accounts of his observations and interactions with fairies (nature-spirits).
