Very scarce second edition from 1918 of "The Philosophy of War" by Harriette and F. Homer Curtiss, in very well preserved condition. The softcover wraps and binding are solid and tight save for a small chip on the lower spine and a chip missing from the bottom corner of both boards. The pages are crisp and clean save for old library stamp on the first blank page.
