In very well preserved condition. The boards and binding are solid and tight with minimal shelfwear. The pages are crisp and clean save for previous owner's name on the front end paper. The dust jacket is in excellent condition with some slight wear and a chip missing from the front and back DJ flaps. It remains uncut, with the original price still evident. A large book, weighing 13 pounds; measuring 12"x2.5"x8.5". It graphically portrays the history of the motive power of the Santa Fe. A total of 608 pages detailing more than 5000 locomotives with text, photographs, diagrams, and engine schematics.
