The book focuses on the combination of esoteric astrology and ancient wisdom to create Hickey's signature concept of Spiritual Astrology. The title of the book came to her through a channeling session which she gave to her students as a mantra. Her students claims that it brought them closer to spiritual enlightenment.

I knew Isabelle from 1973 to 1979. I was introduced to her by my friends Munch and Alan Gleiner. My wife and I met at a Friday Night Fix. Isabelle taught me how to meditate. More than anything else, however,
she also taught me this treasured Mantra (be sure to catch the inflections)

She once said that meditating on this mantra was all you needed to do to bring in peace and elevate to a higher level of spirituality. She was right.....
