Gamache is also credited with writing "The Master Book of Candle Burning" and three other famous monographs in the 1940s. Part grimoire, part narrative, the text provides stories and perspectives on Moses not present in Exodus. It also includes various charms, rituals, and nostrums for love, dreams, prosperity and other magical operations - some of which are connected to the earlier folk grimoire known as "The Sixth and Seventh Books of Moses" (also for sale on Black Cat).
