This very popular poem of the American Revolution was first published in complete form in 1782 in Connecticut (with this copy currently for sale), but the poem went through many editions both in the United States as well as Great Britain. Firm binding; rubbed corners and edges; normal age and wear to leather boards; toned endpapers and pages, with some age spotting; chipping to endpapers (with about half torn off to rear), and loosely bound but present; inked name to title page and rear endpapers; chipping to last few pages; interior is otherwise clean and free of markings.
