The book tells the story of a lonely elderly couple who wish to adopt a cat but end up finding a hill populated by millions of cats, and must choose one to keep. Black-and-white illustrations throughout, with a yellow, red, and black printed image to cover. Firm binding; rubbed corners and edges; light wear to boards, with a bit of discoloration; inside rear board has some rubbing; interior has very faint coloring on 1-2 pp.
