Tight binding; rubbed corners and edges; shelf wear to boards, with old water stains on back board, and some warping to cloth hardcovers; splitting to spine edges / ends (but still very solid; appears to be old repairs to re-attach parts of boards); old water warping to last quarter of pages; small stain (from water-leaked covers) to inside top corner of last 20-30 pages; interior is otherwise clean and free of markings.
