MYSTERY OF MYSTERIES
Book Details + Condition: World Wide Christian Couriers (Chicago). First Edition, 1931. Very scarce. Hardcover with flexible boards measuring 7.25" x 5". 143 pages. Illustrated. Reverend Paul Rader was a well-known Evangelical Christian leader during the 1920s and '30s, who created a language of 142 sigils and emblems to represent his pseudo-Christian dogmatic concepts. The book outlines each sigil or emblem, which is also accompanied with text explaining the concept. Only devout followers could understand the "hidden code" of the sigils. Rader also created one of the first Evangelical radio programs which grew in popularity to support large "tent revivals" throughout parts of the American Midwest. This work was his Magnum Opus, dictating his interpretation of Christianity and man's role in the world as communicated through a secret language of dogmatic symbols and sigils. Chapters include:
- Difference Wholly Feeding
- Vision
- Eternal Fixities
- Great Mystery Question
- Prehistoric Earth and Satan
- Satan's Fall
- Fall of Man
- Earth's Changed Conditions for Man
- Seven Dispensations
- Mystery of Mysteries (Emblems)
