Rare, first edition, first printing of "The New Century Cook Book." The hand tooled black leather boards and binding are solid and tight save slight scuffing to back board and worn corners. The beginnings of minor page separation near the bottom spine on the first page corresponding the front inside board. The pages are crisp and clean save a small spot of foxing on the bottom fore-edge and for an occasional small smudge on a few of the page borders. A wonderful late 19th-century cookbook first edition, first printing by a collaboration from the Wesley Hospital Bazaar Committee. A rare find!
