Includes a separate introduction brochure describing the work. Giulio Cesare Casseri (1552 – 1616), also written as Giulio Casserius, was one of the first physicians to develop a comprehensive treatise on anatomy. He is best known for the books Tabulae anatomicae (1627) and De Vocis Auditusque Organis (c. 1600).
Book is in near-new condition, having never been read. Original accompanying slipcase shows normal minor shelf wear.
