Second edition from 1903 of THE GIFT OF THE SPIRIT by Prentice Mulford, with an introduction by A.E. Waite. The boards and binding are solid, with a small spot of light discoloration on the front board, and light shelfwear. The pages are crisp and clean save for a few spots of foxing on the first six pages. Otherwise, no interior markings present. Prentice Mulford (April 1834 - May 1891) was one of the founders of the "New Thought Movement and the "Law of Attraction Philosophy". The book focuses on his lectures around the original philosophy of the "law of attraction". He later develops into a book entitled "Thoughts are Things" in which he coined the phrase "Law of Attraction". He was also instrumental in founding the "New Thought Movement"; This belief system is still very popular today.
