Includes b&w illustrations by William T. Smedley, Frederic B. Schell, Alfred Fredericks, and Henry R. Poore. Clement Moore first published the poem "A Visit from St. Nicholas" in 1823, which later became "The Night Before Christmas". Tight binding; wear to boards, corners and edges; owner sticker on front free endpaper; natural age toning to pages; interior is free of markings.
