Cloth-covered softcover with marbled endpapers and text block. On the half-title page: "With the complements of Raymond & Whitcomb Co., A. Akin Higgins." Property of Colonel Clarke. Arthur Akin-Higgins was the European Manager of Raymond & Whitcomb, a travel agency founded in 1879, in Boston. In very good condition: tight binding; light shelfwear; text is clean and unmarked save inscription above and Higgins' name on title page in pencil (which we retained).
