Very rare and special edition of THE ORCHARD CAT, from 1972 — a first library edition from Steven Kellogg, signed by the author with a wonderful pen drawing of the orchard cat. The boards and binding are in excellent condition. The pages are crisp and clean, save the author's dedication, signature and drawing of the orchard cat. The dust jacket is in excellent vibrant condition with no stains, and is protected by a Mylar plastic jacket. It has been cut, but still shows a price in the bottom corner of $4.58. A wonderful and very rare edition of this sweet and beautifully illustrated children's story!
