Library withdrawal card and card holder on the back inside board and natural toning to the corresponding blank page. The pages appear crisp and clean save for small chip to top corner on second page, and the occasional Knoxville Metaphysical Library stamp on some pages. Toning on last blank page. Text pages are crisp and clean save for a smudge or two. A scarce find.
