Eleven lectures delivered at a Summer School in Torquay, Devon, August 11 to 22, 1924. Access to the lectures was originally restricted to members of the Anthroposphical Society, but they were published expressly at Steiner's request to make them available to a wider audience. Overall a tight and clean, very good copy: upper board very slightly warped; interior is clean and free of markings. Dust jacket is in good condition: it is darkened and damp wrinkled at spine and upper edge of front panel - fortunately the damp has only barely affected the front endpapers. Slightly darkened and rubbed, with a bit of light chipping; not clipped but handwritten prices on inner flap. Dust jacket now in removable protective mylar sleeve.
